A convenient first floor apartment with wrap around balcony and private patio in the Condominium known as Sea Beach Village, Rincon, Puerto Rico. Three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms comfortably accommodate six adults. All towels and linens are included, and a washer and dryer are also available in the apartment free of charge. Enjoy our fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living area with a beautiful view of the pool, the canal, and the Caribbean Sea!! The Condominium has gated access parking, children's play-set, 1/2 basketball court and a roomy gazebo among the available amenities. Guests have access to the pool, 3 minutes walk to the beach, 6 to 10 minutes walk to town, restaurants, etc. There is a supermarket just across the street and there are pharmacies within just a few of blocks. We are generally available throughout our guest's stay and only a phone call or a few steps away.
Casa Córdoba 2 is within short walking distances to most anything guests could need, however there is also some limited public and private transportation available in Rincón. Located on the top floor of Sea Beach Village Condominium with breathtaking views and an outstanding private rooftop terrace. Located just a short path from a semi private beach. Across the street the Supermarket Econo, bakery and deli, Surf Town Surf Shop, Mad Taco and a 10-15 minute walk to downtown with more than 10 restaurants, bars and fun. A car is not needed at this location but recommended to see all of Rincon.
With air conditioning, ceiling fans, a 55" flat screen TV with a full range of English and Spanish cable channels in HD. Movies on Demand available and a variety of music channels too!

Master bedroom has king bed, 43" flat screen TV with Netflix, attached master bath with a shower. All linens and towels are provided. The 2nd bedroom has queen bed and a 43" flat screen TV with Netflix. DVD player is available and movie rental can be purchased within 2 blocks of the condo. This bedroom uses the hall bath with tub/shower combo. A rollaway bed is available. The sofa can also be converted to another twin size bed and a Pack and Play is available for your convenience.
